These are our most popular classes and we’ve almost 10 per day to choose from, to suit any busy schedule. 30min classes, with just 5 participants, they are designed to teach good technique, form and to demonstrate different rep/set combinations, to build strength and to tone. Classes focus on just 4/5 exercises in each class.
- Monday & Tuesday focuses on Chest & Back.
- Wednesday & Thursday focuses on Legs
- Friday & Saturday classes focus on Shoulders & Arms.
Exercises change each week, so members learn how to perform all classic exercises correctly (Bench Press, Deadlift, Back Squats etc). We’ve Intro classes too for complete beginners and off peak classes often have only 1 or 2 people in them so members get personal training.
Classes are open to members that are injury free. For safety reasons, they are not available pay as you go. See your progression each week, as you are able to lift heavier weights and your form and experience improves. See the class demo video below.
To join, simply book your first class, then pay for your membership when you arrive at reception.
