Gym Membership

With our gym membership package you will have access to Ireland’s largest class timetable, with almost 800 classes a month, including:  Weight Training classes, FREE Pilates, 4 different Spin classesStrength & Toning, Boxing, HIIT, Kettlebells, Zumba, Bums & Tums, Fab Abs, Stretching and Foam Rolling classes. Members can also book in for weekly weigh in’s and dietary advice with Andy. We specialise in small, short and effective classes, with excellent trainers who get to know your level and motivate you to your best.

Subscription membership is €60 per 4 weeks (30 day cancellation notice required). Or €69 for 4 weeks pay as you go, or €179 for a 12 week membership. Membership can be paused if going on holidays (T&C’s apply). Prices valid until 31/12/18. Pay as you go option available for classes too. Most classes also available pay as you go also. This is Charlie, our Wellness Officer.  He’ll always put a smile on your face and is a huge favourite with our members. He’s a rescue dog from the DSPCA, so can be a little nervous when he first meets you. Don’t worry if you aren’t fond of dogs, he’s behind reception but ask if you’d like to say hello.
