Beginner & Improver Level

*******1st May – 1st September only*******   Outdoor running classes around Grand Canal Dock and along the Liffey.  €7 beginner and €10 improver pay as you go or are included as part of our membership which has almost 500 different classes a month, from just €69.

Jogging Grand Canal Dock

Beginners:

Small groups, starting off with walking and adding in very light jogging for short periods.  Slowly building up to 5km walk/run.  Open to anyone of any fitness level, thats injury free.  Places must be booked in advance.

Improvers:

Designed for those with an average to good level of fitness, who want to improve their running technique, increase their distance and increase their speed.  Gradually building up to a 10km run.  Places must be booked in advance.

Fartlek Training Class

Fartlek which means “speed play” in Swedish, is a training method that blends continuous training with interval training. Fartlek runs are great for improving your speed over distance.  Places must be booked in advance.

 

Classes can be joined at anytime, starting from the studio, heading out through Grand Canal Dock, then along the Liffey and surrounding areas.  You can book in via the link here and feel free to get in touch with any questions about which class might suit you best.

Please note: We have a strict 4 hour cancellation policy and must charge for cancellations under 4 hours or no shows, with no exceptions.  I hope you understand.
