60min Sportif Spin Class

These classes focus on stamina and building fitness and are ideal mid week training for anyone doing charity cycles or sportif’s over the summer months.  Take part in different time trials and see your power improving each week.  Just €10 pay as you go.  Train hard – Race Easy.

King of the Mountain™ - Advanced Spin/Cycling Class

Bringing the best hills from around Europe – to Dublin.  Andy’s King of The Mountains™ 90min indoor spin/cycling classes, replicate classic mountain climbs like Alpe d’Huez, Col Du Tourmalet, Mont Ventoux etc. Great training for any serious cyclist.

 

Participants are typically training for events like the Wicklow 200, La Marmotte, l’Etape and other local Sportifs. Ideal mid week training for anyone that is time poor or when the weather is bad. Stay for just 45mins or full 90mins (€13), with 6th class free.  Classes held Tuesdays 7.30pm and Thursdays at 7.15pm and with a monthly “Screen KOM’ class following a stage of the Tour De France on a large screen. Classes focus on:

  • Building strong, powerful, toned legs
  • Improving your fitness & stamina
  • Use your SPD SL & Look Delta Cleats
  • Making you Queen or King of The Mountains!

Please note that cancellations under 4 hours and no shows must be charged, I hope you understand.  We also have a loyalty card, so your 6th class is free*. No loyalty card stamp for intro to spin or lunchtime spin.  T&C’s apply.
