From 20min intro to spin for complete beginners, 45min intermediate classes, up to 90min advanced classes.  Classes are either pay as you go, or you can become a member.

We’ve 20min Intro to spin classes for complete novices €4, to show how to setup the bike & run through just 2/3 songs.  30 min beginner classes for anyone with a basic level of fitness €7 and 45min intermediate classes for anyone with a good level of fitness €9.  

King of the Mountains - Advanced Spin/Cycling Class

Bringing the best hills from around Europe – to Dublin.  Andy’s King of The Mountains 90 min indoor spin/cycling classes, replicate classic mountain climbs like Alpe d’Huez, Col Du Tourmalet, Mont Ventoux etc.  Great training for any serious cyclist.


Participants are typically training for events like the Wicklow 200, Gaelforce, La Marmotte, l’Etape and other local Sportifs..  Ideal mid week training for anyone that is time poor or when the weather is bad. Stay for 45mins (€9) or full 90mins (€13), with 6th class free.  Classes focus on:

  • Building strong, powerful, toned legs
  • Improving your fitness & stamina
  • Motivating you to your best & burning lots of calories
  • Use your SPD & Look Cleats
  • Making you Queen or King of The Mountains!

60min Sportif Spin Classes

These classes focus on stamina and building fitness and are ideal mid week training for anyone doing charity cycles or sportif’s over the summer months.  Take part in different time trails and see your power improving each week.  Just €10 pay as you go.  Train hard – Race Easy.

Please note that cancellations under 4 hours and no shows must be charged, I hope you understand.  We also have a loyalty card, so your 6th class is free*. No loyalty card stamp for intro to spin or lunchtime spin.  T&C’s apply.
