Strength & Toning Classes

Strength & Toning classes are fun, challenging circuit training workouts.  Classes combine lots of bodyweight exercises like push ups, squats etc with the best of TRX, boxing, dumbbells & kettlebells.  Giving you a full body, strength & toning HIIT workout.  30min intermediate & 45min intermediate-advanced classes.

These Classes will:
