30min effective classes, with at most 6 participants. Classes are designed to teach good technique and form, to build strength and to tone. These are our most popular class and we’ve over a dozen a day to choose from, to suit any busy schedule.
- Monday & Tuesday is Chest & Back muscles.
- Wednesday & Thursday is Leg day
- Friday & Saturday is Shoulders & Arms
Exercises change each week, so members learn how to perform all classic exercises correctly (Bench Press, Deadlift, Back Squats etc). We’ve Intro to weight training classes too, for complete beginners and off peak classes often have only 1 or 2 people in them, so members get personal training.
Classes are open to members that are injury free. For safety reasons, they are not available pay as you go. See your progression each week, as your strength, form and experience improves. See the short class demo video below.
To join, simply book your first class, then pay for your membership when you arrive at reception.
